Return Policy
For Orders Within Bharat (India) Only:
Gaharwar Pharma offers returns on most products within 7 days of the delivery date for customers in Bharat 🇮🇳.
“The exchanged product will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days”
If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that a ₹1000 restocking fee will be deducted from your order amount. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered, with the product tag, barcode, and ziplock bag intact. Please ensure clear photos are submitted showing the product in brand-new condition, properly folded, and all packaging elements visible. Certain items may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, kindly fill out the return request form. Our support team will review your request and respond with a return label if approved. For any questions, contact our support team at support@gaharwarpharma.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is prepared, you may drop it off at your local post office. All returns should be shipped to our Mumbai warehouse. Return shipping times may vary depending on your location. After we receive your return, allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered final and cannot be returned. Please ensure the exchanged item meets your expectations.
International Returns:
Gaharwar Pharma accepts international returns. All shipping and associated fees are the customer’s responsibility. Submit a return request form and, if approved, an unpaid return label will be provided.
Domestic Exchanges (India Only):
To exchange a product, please fill out the exchange request form. Our team will review your request and respond with instructions.
International Exchanges:
Currently, international exchanges are not supported.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7–8 business days.
Products are generally delivered within 7–8 working days from the shipping date. Returns will be picked up within 2–3 working days of approval.
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Missing Items:
Before reporting, please check your packaging thoroughly, as small items might still be inside the box or padding. Some products may also ship separately.

Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If your tracking shows as delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue refunds. However, you may contact support@gaharwarpharma.in, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Order Cancellation or Changes:
Orders placed on weekdays are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee any changes once the order is confirmed. This includes changes to the delivery address, delivery option, or payment method.
If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, you may request cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting support@gaharwarpharma.in.
