At Gaharwar Pharma, we prioritize quick and reliable delivery. Once your order is verified, we begin processing it within 72 hours during standard business days (Monday to Friday).

After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. Please note that during public holidays or high-demand periods such as special launches, delivery times may vary slightly.

To provide the best delivery experience, we partner with leading courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and Bluedart. During checkout, you will be informed of the estimated delivery timeline. Please be aware that shipments are only processed on working weekdays.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email from us—typically within 1–3 business days. The carrier will then provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

Customs Information (For International Orders)
Depending on your country of delivery, import duties or customs charges may be applicable.

All such charges, including customs fees, taxes, and duties, are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will not be eligible for a refund. Gaharwar Pharma is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Gaharwar Pharma is not liable for packages that are misplaced, stolen, or lost after they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your tracking shows that your package has been successfully delivered to the exact address provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund for lost or stolen shipments.
